Now you have to handle the marketing, bookings, collecting the rental, checking the inventory, organise the cleaning etc, etc, etc, OR you can use the services of a Professional Group who care about their business and yours.

From advertising your property on the best websites to cleaning the bathrooms, we take care of everything in-between, giving you peace of mind.
Including advertising our fees are 20% of the weekly rental.
And if you don’t have a web site but want one – we can recommend a designer, host etc.
Once we have agreed on your requirements and ensured that your property reaches our minimum rental standards, we will then put forward our recommendations and costs for your approval.
As to our fees: That depends on what package you would like to run with. We tailor our services to suit your requirements: It’s as simple as that!

Airport Transfers
We can arrange to meet and greet guests at the airport, for those clients who do not have their own transport. Prices vary depending on distances to be travelled.
Welcome Pack
Before your guests have time to find their feet they may need refreshing! We can provide a welcome pack of: Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Orange Juice, Bread, Butter, Milk, Water, a Six-Pack of Beer and a Bottle of Wine.
Price 20.00 Euro
If you would like to include additional items or a provisions pack, please let us know and we can provide you with a cost.

As a part of our services we can provide our own cleaners to carry out your requirements for any size of property, either on a one off or a more regular basis. Prices listed below are a one-off charge :

Maintenance/Repairs
From the smallest repair to re-decorating the property inside and out.
Once our Maintenance Manager has viewed the property and the work to be undertaken, we will supply you with an estimate to carry out the works using our approved list of skilled tradesmen. On your approval of the estimate our Staff will Project Manage the work from start to finish.

Garden Maintenance
We are very happy to supply our approved gardeners to maintain your gardens on a weekly/fortnightly basis. Again let us know what you want and we will do the rest!
Car Care
We can take care of your car while you are out of the Country. Checking the battery levels, turning the engine over and checking for oil leaks, coolant levels etc... If it needs servicing we will have it carried out with any other maintenance work requested.
