Non-Rental Property

(where you have your own gardeners and pool maintenance)

• Key Holding
• Check alarm system to ensure it's in good working order
   & be point of contact.
• Guaranteed twice monthly inspection of your property for
   any problems, inside and out.
• Bad weather & infestation check
• Water house plants
• Twice monthly collect mail and forward on to you*
• Check gardens and swimming pool.
• We will notify you of any maintenance work that is
   required and the remedial cost.


2 Bedroom Apartment 40.00 Euro Per Week
2 Bedroom Villa 45.00 Euro Per Week
3 Bedroom Villa 50.00 Euro Per Week
4 Bedroom Villa 60.00 Euro Per Week
5 Bedroom Villa 70.00 Euro Per Week

Additional costs to : Clean, air the property, supply fresh linen and towels ready for your arrival from 130.00 Euro for each visit dependent on size of property.
Mid Term clean with fresh linen & towels from 80.00 Euro dependent on size of property.

* Postage costs will be charged at cost plus 10% admin charge.


Short Term Rental

• Meet and greet your guests at the property to show them around. Provide a contact point in case of
   emergency
• Thoroughly clean before guests arrive and after they have departed.
• Check the supplied inventory sheet after each set of guests have departed
• Laundry and ironing service for linen, towels etc.
• Visually check external and internal areas of the property for repair or any maintenance required
• Check gardens and swimming pool for any maintenance required
• Key Holding
• Check alarm system is functioning properly

Additional costs:

Maid service after one weeks stay, changing linen, towels and a quick clean of the bathrooms & kitchen so as not to intrude on the guests' holiday.
